It is situated in the famous Piazza Umberto (the square of drink kiosks), which is both peaceful and popular, even after the shops have closed. The most interesting streets and commercial districts of Catania, including Via Etna, Corso Sicilia, Piazza Stesicoro, and Corso Italia, are just 2 minutes away. The bus stops in front of the house provide transportation to the airport. The apartment is exclusively for guests, and not just individual rooms, ensuring maximum privacy. Il B&B (appartamenti) è situato nel centro di Catania. L'accoglienza è stata buona e la persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento (quello VERDE) è tenuto bene anche se piccolino ma la struttura è pulita e ben curata. Il pernottamento per 2 notti è stato piacevole. Nice accomodation, close to the city Center, walking distance to main attractions of Catania. I would recommend this house to those tourists interested to discover the beauty of Sicily.

The location is easy to find and should not pose any serious challenges. The rooms were clean and prepared by the the time we checked in with the possibility to set one dormitory with either matrimonial or twin beds. Heating was in working order as was the hot water in the shower. We had towels and showergel included and the kitchen was accessorized to easily accommodate cooking and serving up to 4-6 people. There are coffee shops and a minimarket close by and the city center is just a 15 minute walk away. Luigi Capuano is a small and crowded street bUT we did find parking lots every night for the car we rented. Overall great accommodation and Maria and her family were extraordinary in taking care for everything to be in order and for us to enjoy our visit.

We stayed at Maria house for the New Year and everything was perfect. The location is great, close to city center, very clean and cosy. Maria is great, and i recommend this house.

Consigliatissimo ! Un piccolo complesso di mini appartamenti molto accogliente e curatissimo, nel cuore della città. Gentilezza cordialità e pulizia, ottima soluzione per chi come me è spesso a Catania per lavoro. Mai conosciuta la proprietaria, al telefono sembra simpatica e disponibile, la ragazza che si occupa dell'accoglienza, invece è molto simpatica ed estremamente disponibile, ho fatto anche qualche giorno con amici in luglio, ottimo anche per i gruppi proprio perché gli appartamenti sono tutti vicini tra loro, immerso nella movida Catanese..tutto a portata di mano! Casa davvero accogliente, molto pulita completa di tutti comfort siamo rimasti davvero contenti ho apprezzato l'assortimento che c'era kit completo di sapone per le mani, detersivo per i piatti, le spugne, bicchieri tovaglioli zucchero caffè sale non mancava nulla, casa modernissima arredo Ikea meraviglioso, tv grande nuova scherma piatto, lo consiglio vivamente ci siamo trovati bene l'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa La signora Rosaria una dolcezza così come la proprietaria, comunque tutta Catania è stata bella, complimenti ai catanesi perché siete molto cordiali, una cosa che mi ha colpito tanto, il sorriso, grazie per tutto torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura, perché è davvero fatta bene colorata moderna non manca nulla, abbiamo trovato anche l'acqua dentro il frigorifero, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla e soprattutto era tutto compreso nel prezzo super economico, anche le lenzuola le tovaglie le pulizie finali e i consumi tutto assolutamente "inclusive", complimenti davvero per tutta l'organizzazione, bella l'idea del il kit di ago e filo che è stato utile perché due bottoni del mio bambino son volati via grazie grazie ancora.
