The proximity (3 km) to the motorway ensures quick connection to all major destinations of Sicily.
We try to give you brief information to let you know (at least in part) Santa Flavia, Palermo and our island.
Our guests can reach:
- in SANTA FLAVIA (about 2 km) the Archaeological Park of Solùnto
- PALERMO, capital of culture 2018, is very rich in monumental works. Its historic center with its countless churches - of Catholic
and Orthodox worship - the Royal Palace, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa, the Massimo theater, the Politeama theater, just to name a few, is among the largest in Europe.

The location of the "Park Residence Cicladi" just 16 km from Palermo, allows you to reach the city in a very short time.
- You can go by car along the SS 113, or the A 19 CT-PA motorway
- The alternative, which we highly recommend, is to go by train from Santa Flavia Station (local trains only) or Bagheria (also direct trains) to Palermo - Central Station
N. B. with the ticket to Palermo-all stations you can get to Palermo - Central Station and then (with the same ticket) take the subway and get off at Palazzo Reale - Villa Orleans and visit the Cathedral, the Norman Palace and the Chapel Palatina, the Massimo Theater, the Politeama Theater, the historic center of the city.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, they allowed us to check-in early and leave later than originally planned. Wanda picked us up from the train station on our arrival which was such a nice gesture! We got lots of recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets which was also very helpful. The hotel is so close to the beach, within 2min walk you are able to go in the sea. There are also a couple nice restaurants just down the street, everything else is accessible by foot further away in the town. The location is super peaceful and quiet, we had no disturbances and the view from the terrace is incredible, especially for sunrises!

Ottima struttura circondata dal verde e con vista mare, appartamento con arredo semplice ma fornito di tutto, fresco e silenzioso, con cassetta di sicurezza e parcheggio privato con cancello automatico. A 150 metri dalla spiaggia. Sito strategico per visitare nelle vicinanze Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Mondello, ecc. Settimana di puro relax. Consigliatissimo per rigenerare anima e corpo. Fantastica vacanza in un luogo paradisiaco! Struttura curata nei particolari, proprietari molto cordiali. Colpisce in particolar modo l'arredo in legno, l'oggettistica di buon gusto sui mobili, le pareti ben imbiancate, la generosa fornitura di stoviglie e pentolame. We had a very pleasant stay in Residence Cicladi. It was great to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the see. The big balcony is a great advantage of the appartment. The private beach, which is really in 3 min. walk, was a blessing. Wanda Giglio and her husband are extremely nice, friendly and utmost helpful hosts. Thanks a lot.
