Just 10 km away from Palermo, and a short walk from Bagheria, a delightful town famous for its many villas in Baroque style, the villa presents itself as the ideal location for a relaxing Italian break, set within an area of tranquillity, yet near to many attractions.

- from the Falcone Borsellino Airport, distant Km 44, take the motorway to Messina/Catania, exit Bagheria and follow the signs towards "Villa Scaduto Residence";
- from the railway station of Bagheria (300mt.);
- from the railway station or port of Palermo (Km. 10) : take the state road S. S. 113 towards Messina;

La struttura è molto bella, nuovi e funzionali gli arredi, strategica la posizione rispetto a Palermo, il mare e l’autostrada. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Ottima la colazione. La struttura è ubicata in zona ben servita, ottima struttura per chi deve andare al Dipartimento Rizzoli, I gestori sono gentilissimi, le camere, la pulizia, i servizi, non meno di un hotel 4 stelle.
