As the daughter of Sicilian immigrants living in the north, I eagerly awaited the summer holidays to indulge in the beauty, scents, and flavors of a land to which I felt I belonged, despite not being born there. Upon returning to Sicily, I pondered for a long time about the dream of sharing my love for this land with others. From this desire, "Lu Disìu" was born, a bucolic dream nurtured under the sun of tradition that fully comes to life in the joy of sharing.
