This marvelous residence, called Villa Bagnamare for its splendid and strategic position, almost embraced by the sea, is located within the charming gulf of Lipari. The property is situated just 700 meters from the ferry and hydrofoil port, as well as from the main street. Furthermore, it is well connected to all the renowned beaches of the island through public transportation.

From its spacious terrace overlooking the sea, one can enjoy a unique and enchanting panorama: on the left stands the "Porto Pignataro" and the "Monte Rosa", in the center rises the acropolis with the picturesque "Castello", with the island of Vulcano as a backdrop to the right. Moreover, one can admire the suggestive "Baia di Marinalunga" with its characteristic seafront promenade and small bars offering local products, positioned right on the shores of the sea.
