The Villa on the Cliffs of Punta Formiche is a single structure composed of several apartments; each faces the sea with a breathtaking view characterized by three stacks and a natural arch.
Each apartment is equipped with all comforts: kitchen-dining room, living room, private terrace facing the sea, 3 bedrooms (for 5/6 people), air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, TV, wifi. Bed linen and towels and personal hygiene products are included.
The entrance to the property is electrically automated and the path, flanked by two rows of palm trees that welcome, lights up at night as people pass by.
Inside the property there are: a parking area for cars with 4 parking spaces, a laundry room, outdoor showers; for recreation there is a bowling green, a barbecue area and a typically Sicilian outdoor oven.
From the house, after 85 meters, you will reach a small sandy beach suitable for children because the sea water rises very gradually and a rocky area with beautiful backdrops for more experienced swimmers. We offer our guests a two-seater and a single canoe free of charge.
Isolated from the city bustle, the villa is a few kilometers away from the nightlife of Marzamemi, from the quiet village of Portopalo di Capo Passero, and between 20 and 50 minutes by car you reach 8 municipalities that have been decorated with the unesco title "World Heritage Site". In 25 minutes by car you can reach the natural reserve of Vendicari.
